create developer Account in AWS
Let’s see how we can create developer Account in AWS and get access and secret key for authentication.
Login in to below url
https://aws.amazon.com/developer/
Click on create an Amazon Web Service Account
Provide the details
Fill the complete information and update the payment information
Please select the basic plan and continue
Account is created you can login in to console
Get access and secret key
Login into AWS console Click on IAM(Identity and Access Management)
Add user if you have not set up the users in AWS
Give the user name and select Access Type as programmatic access 
Click on next,user is created and you can get the Access and secret key
Add the permission for the aws user to get S3 access
