Create Solace Cloud Platform Account
Let’s create a Solace Cloud platform account which we can use to create Topics and Queue and later connect with them from MuleSoft
Open Solace Cloud registration link – https://console.solace.cloud/login/new-account
Fill in the details
Login to Solace account
Click on the Globe icon under Mission Control
Select Developer service type
Select the cloud platform – in our case it’s AWS
Select AWS region and Broker version
Provide the Solace broker name and start the service
Once service will start then click on Manage
Let’s note down the credentials which we have to use to connect with Solace
Click Connect and note down the Username, Password, Message VPN and Secured SMF Host
Let’s create a Topic and its associated Queue
Click on Queue
This will open a new tab – click on add queue
Provide the queue name and click create
Select the configuration accordingly and click apply
This will create the required queue
Click on the queue
Will associate the queue with the topic so it will get the messages pushed to Topic – click subscription and add subscription
Provide the topic name
This will create the Topic and subscribed the queue to Topic
Also, we will note down the connection factory JNDI
Click JMS JNDI and then connection factory
